The author of this book is the famous Bradley Trevor Greive, who is a very large person in the present book business. It turns out that Greive is also a fairly big person in actual life and he decided to publish a about his journey from 280 pounds to fit. In the marketplace the spontaneity Greive has makes this 1 of the very enjoyable books. His stories of dieting and what he learned along the way will keep you fascinated and probably, laughing a lot.
